KORTRIJK SPURS defeats LDP Donza 2-1
Kortrijk Spurs saw their ambitious plan fulfilled by capturing the 2023 title, after falling short in 2022.

GUCO LIER defeats Kortrijk Spurs 2-0
Guco Lier wrote the ultimate cinderella story in 2022, by barely making the Playoffs as an 8-seed and going all the way to the title.

2019
OXACO BOECHOUT defeats Waregem 2-1
Oxaco Boechout grabbed its first title in club history, after years of contending. They won the final game on the floor of Waregem.

2018
DUVA GISTEL-OOSTENDE defeats Gembo Borgerhout 2-0
One of the biggest upsets in TDM1 history, 7th placed Gistel-Oostende defeated N°1 seed Gembo in two games.

2017
GENT HAWKS defeats Waregem 2-0
Gent Hawks finished off a dominant season by defeating Waregem in two games in the final.

2015
GEMBO BORGERHOUT defeats Waregem 2-0
Gembo Borgerhout established its status as the most dominant team of the last couple of years, by winning its 3rd title in 4 years.

2014
KBT WAREGEM defeats Gembo Borgerhout 2-0
KBT Waregem managed to break Gembo's supremacy by winning its first title in club history.

2013
GEMBO BORGERHOUT defeats Kangoeroes Boom 2-0
Gembo Borgerhout wrote history by winning back-to-back titles in their first two seasons in 2nd Division.

Gembo Borgerhout captures its first ever title by beating rival Waregem in a decisive 3rd game.

2011
KANGOEROES BOOM defeats Essor Charleroi 2-1
Kangoeroes Boom showed that they were the most dominant team in 2nd division, capturing the title after winning the regular season crown.
2010
DE WESTHOEK ZWEVEZELE defeats Kangoeroes Boom 2-0
2010 was the year where a small club out of countryside Zwevezele captured the flag in 2nd Division, beating Kangoeroes Boom in the finals.
2009
BASKET BREE defeats Hasselt 2-0
Basket Bree got their license for first division denied, so in 2009 they played in second division and grabbed the title with only losing 4 games all season.

2008
CEP FLEURUS defeats Sint-Jan Antwerpen 2-0
Regular season champs CEP Fleurus also delivered on their status of favorites, by winning the title in second division in 2008.

2007
GENT DRAGONS defeats Sint-Jan Antwerpen 2-1
In a third and decisive game, Gent Dragons claimed the second division title by defeating Sint-Jan Antwerpen.
